Lurking in the shadows

An invasion came and went.

People taken were returned.

And once more the forces of "Evil" were defeated at the hands of those who call themselves "Heroes".

And just what have we proven? Are we any further along then we were a year ago?

Pillars of the villainous community stolen away in the blink of an eye among those great numbers that Yggdrasil sent home in the summer, and even more have fallen from our ranks due to a lack of motivation.

While I believe that we have made significant progress those of us seasoned with age and time I feel that there is an untapped market in the youth of this world that seek out power, wealth, and all that is deserved by those who are superior to those on the opposite end of the moral compass.

And so I put forth to you, the younger generation, those who seek power, wealth, and more a test of will and strength, of courage, intelligence and most importantly skill. Commit a crime, an attack, a theft, something to show me your abilities...and you will be considered for membership into a group of your peers.

Your reward for membership? Training, weapons, support of your fellow crook and the ability to pull of larger crimes and take larger takes. Live no longer in fear of the scum who walk the moral highground and look down upon us.

I am watching, and I am waiting.

Tell me, how is my former apprentice doing?

It's been a long time hasn't it Titans? A month? A Year? A millennium? Far too long for my tastes anyway.

I was beginning to wonder if I'd ever see your smiling faces again, the city seemed so empty without you.

No matter where you go, no matter what you do or how far you run Titans, I will always find you.

This world is full of new opportunities, and I'm looking forward to exploring each and every one of them.

Now tell me...when you were wasting your time with the Brotherhood of Evil did you wonder where I was?

When you each arrived one by one here in the Digital World did you wonder? I've been watching you for some time now and I have to say I'm impressed with how...some of you...have adapted.

I am saddened however that Robin left you to come home...without his beloved team...he was far to easy to defeat.


And as for the rest of the Digital World, it perplexes me why so many grown adults allow children to fight their battles for them.

Let it be known here and now. Any ally of the Titans will go down with them. I am a patient man and I have all the time in the digital world to make sure each and every one of you learn the lesson that I wish to impart.
